Copy Central of Maryland is owned and operated by Linda Dearing of Ocean Pines. Linda established the business in 2002 and has expanded the business significantly since then. Her first order of business was to install networked state-of-the-art digital copy and printing equipment, which enables the company to do high volume, high quality printing at an affordable rate. She also hired one of the top graphics artists in the area, Linda Kessinger. Linda Kessinger's work is highly regarded and sought after by area residents and businesses.
In 2005 Linda Dearing established a second location on Stephen Decatur Highway in West Ocean City to better serve the numerous builders and contractors in that area. The following year the Ocean Pines location was expanded to a larger suite in the Hileman Building, which allows Linda and her staff of eight to provide even more business products and services.
Linda believes in "giving back" to her community and is involved in a variety of organizations that support Worcester County residents. She is currently Vice-Chair of the Worcester County Commission for Women, where she is actively involved in the McGuffey Reading Program for Children and also in minority issues, especially equal rights for women. She belongs to the Parrothead Club of Ocean City and provides assistance with its many fundraising activities. She is President of the Innerlinks Homeowners Association and Vice President of Stephen Decatur Business Park. Linda and her husband Mike attend St. John Neumann Church in Ocean Pines.
