UPS Drop Off Info

We are a UPS counter offering shipping services and accepting packaged drop-offs with labels. Please see below if you have a QR code; we can't use those.

For shipping, we have boxes for sale and packing tape available for a $1 fee. We will print out shipping labels emailed to us free of charge.

We will gladly take your UPS drop-offs at any time we're open. We will hold them until UPS picks up our packages around 4:15-4:30PM. (We have to scan items, so bring it to us directly, don't leave it at the door!)

After being picked up, packages can be tracked at ups.com/track with your tracking number.


We CANNOT use QR Codes! Here's what to do if you have one:

Since the closing of the UPS store in West OC, many customers have been bringing their Amazon returns to our store. Since we are not a UPS franchise store, we do not have the software to scan QR codes (UPS corporate won't let us have it). We can only accept packages that have a UPS drop-off label.

If you have an Amazon return with a QR code, you can cancel the return, then start a new return choosing the "UPS Drop Off" option instead of the default QR code through the Amazon app or website. If you do not have a printer, feel free to send your label to us at copycentral@verizon.net; we will print it for you free of charge.

If you are unable to cancel your return, or if you are not given the drop-off option, call Amazon customer service (1-888-280-4331) and ask for a UPS drop-off label for your return. They will email you a label which you can then print. If you do not have a printer, feel free to send your label to us at copycentral@verizon.net; we will print it for you free of charge.

The nearest UPS stores that accept QR codes otherwise are in Salisbury or Ocean View, DE.
